
Ad Sach Kaur
Ad Sach Kaur was born and raised in Greece. Until the age of 21 she was engaged in classical sports and her love for the sea led her to take up swimming and open water diving. (3 first stars)
She graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of Athens in 1994 and worked as a swimming coach in sports clubs and kindergartens until 2005, while at the same time she was also certified as a Mat Pilates Trainer.
She was introduced to Yoga and meditation in 2004 at the Satyananda Yoga Center in Athens.
She then attended the Hatha Yoga teacher training program from 2005 to 2006 at the "Yoga and Budo Center" (Yoga Alliance RYT 300) taught by Andreas Provellegios.
Her first interaction with Kundalini Yoga took place in 2007.
From 2011 to 2012 she attended the international Kundalini Yoga teacher training program " The Aquarian teacher" (level 1. RYT 200) as taught by Yogi Bhajan, which is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (K.R.I. 200h) and obtained the level 1 certification. Her interest in Kundalini Yoga didn’t cease, as in 2014 she continued her teacher training program on level 2 and at the same time she attended many post-graduate seminars held by great teachers from Greece and abroad, enriching her knowledge regarding this path.
Her love for children led to her involvement with Yoga for Kids in 2009.
In 2016 she attended the Starchild Yoga training program with Siri Arti, where she got her certification.
She is certified in the therapeutic part of the healing Reflexology method Sat Guru Charan, she is a first-degree healer of the Reiki Usui System of Natural Healing and she is also qualified in Indian Head Massage.
She has attended White Tantra Yoga seminars in Milan and Rome, as well as Pranayama and Asana.
She has been teaching yoga since 2006 and in 2016 she founded SUNIAI YOGA CENTER in Neos Kosmos with the aim to bring her love and knowledge of yoga to her students.
